Preview of Business Networking and Sex Book
Last week I posted a blog asking all BusinessNetworking.com blog readers to take a short survey relating to the book I’m currently writing with Frank De Raffele and Hazel Walker about gender and networking.
The book won’t be released until early next year but I’ve already received several requests for more details in regard to what the book is going to be all about. In light of that, Frank, Hazel and I decided to make a short video for those who are curious to learn more about our upcoming book. The video is only a few minutes long and you can view it by clicking on the link above.
I’d love to hear what you think of the concept of the book, or even of just the video, so please feel free to leave a comment.
Ralph Waldo Emerson once said, “Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.” Well, judging from how enthusiastic the three of you are in this video, there’s no way this is NOT going to be one heck of a GREAT book! 😉
The email notification said, “Are you comfortable networking with the opposite sex? Do you have 30 seconds to tell us your thoughts?”
Personally, networking with either gender is much more pleasant when the desire to impress others is suppressed.
The differences between men and women is what makes sex so much fun… and so also can those difference be translated into powerful networking tools. Just like a beautiful bouquet of flowers is comprised of many colors, styles and shapes, so looking for ways to harmonize with networking partners can create a bouquet of bounteous blessings, whether of the same sex or not.
Looking forward to another good read from you and your partners Dr. Misner.
Business I like. Networking I like. Statistical charts and sex? Well, combining the three may be a real eye-opener. Plus, it looks like you’re going to have some fun doing it. No pun intended.
The networking mentor was a down to earth reading… especially for a spouse of a BNI go getter.. I believe you might need to do a book for Bni spouses!!
