Having a hard time signing up for this app. It is not recognizing phone number
Hi everyone. We know there’s an issue with the phone number in the USA.
The phone field does work and it was tested. The problem is that Americans are not used to putting in the +1 before the phone number. I am trying to resolve the matter but in the meantime, I don’t recall the exact format but if I recall right – it requires the “1” or 01 before the number because it is available internationally. You can play with that or wait until they make the fix.

Susan, they’re working on this issue. I can tell you that it works but you have to get the format exactly right or it kicks it out and I don’t recall what that format is. You can either try some variations or hang on until I get the fix. If I recall right – it requires the “1” or 01 before the number because it is available internationally. You can play with that or wait until they make the fix.
Works fine with international phone number (+49) in front. Facebook Sign up didn’t work for me.

Was able to signup with my Google account, no phone number required 🙂 .
Great idea, interface could be simplified and found a few bugs though.
How should I communicate those, including screenshots?
Tried with my international number (from Brazil) , but not enough spaces left! Needing 13 for mobile or 12 for landline – not including if you have to actually start with a “+” sign
It takes all my info, nothing says invalid, but when I click the “sign up” button, nothing happens.
Facebook signup isn’t working either. Get an error after click on the Facebook signup: “App Not Setup: This app is still in development mode, and you don’t have access to it. Switch to a registered user or ask the app admin to give you permission” I couldn’t find a way to contact support, so posting it here.
When I use either of the suggested format for the phone number the field is not long enough. It cuts off the last two numbers.

We have released a patch to resolve the issue that users with certain phone number formats were facing when signing up for the Networking Scorecard App. Please update the app and try the sign up again. For those who have previously downloaded it and you were experiencing problems, you will need to update it then sign up again.

tried deleting and reloading the app. Dont seem to be able to set up activities correctly… snapshot doesnt show anything… Its possible its user error but could instructions be posted, as the app does not seem to be simple to start using?
